Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and the beds are super comfortable. The kitchen comes fully equipped so that you can either cook, or simply enjoy your morning coffee and toast. You can enjoy fast Wifi and Netflix is free to use when staying with us. You will have access to the building amenities such as swimming pool, BBQ area, kids outdoor play area, kids playroom, fully-equipped gym, squash courts, billiard table and even a library room. In addition, the beach is not far away and the building is located on the promenade of Dubai Marina which makes it super convenient to venture out and walk across. Jumeirah Beach Residences (short: JBR) is located just opposite and can be reached within a few minutes walk. JBR has beach access, plenty of food & beverage outlets and amazing views of the JBR skyline and Bluewaters Island. There's a complimentary parking spot with this apartment which can be used for free during your stay. The Marina tram stop is not far away from the building and scooter rentals are easily available in the Marina area. Due to local laws, we require passport copies before arrival for all guests who will stay at the apartment. All passport copies need to be registered with the Dubai Tourism Department as its a registered and approved holiday home in Dubai. Please note that as per the Dubai Tourism and Commerce (DTCM) regulations, every guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
